Tarpaulin Laminating Machne

Tarpaulin Laminating Machine (SJ-FM Large-Width Extrusion Coating and Lamination Machine) is designed and developed by ourselves, as the first China-made large-width extrusion coating and lamination machine. As its performance has reached the international technical level, the machine is an advanced equipment for producing large-width laminated products. The machine uses PE or PP as raw material, to be coating or laminating with plastic woven fabric. It is widely used for producing large-width products such as sun cloths, canvases, waterproof cloths, geotextiles, heavy-duty packaging cloths, etc. Our SJ200-FM6200 large-width extrusion coating and lamination machine was awarded the Certificate of the National Torch Program by the National Scientific and Technical Committee on March 11, 1998. It is the widest plastic extrusion coating and lamination machine worldwide. The machine adopts an overhead-type extruder. According to the products' requirements, it can be equipped with different configurations and devices: 1. Equipped with dual extruders and dual dies, to accomplish double-sided coating in one process. 2. Equipped with a double-sided squeezer and a dryer, to be suitable for producing the products from fabrics made by a water-jet loom. 3. Equipped with a corona treater and a printer, to be suitable for producing the coated products with printed trademark or pattern. 4. The lamination section can be equipped with three-roller calendering, to be suitable for producing wide sheets (maximum sheet thickness up to 3mm). 5. The lamination speed can be up to 150m/min, as per the customers' requirements.
